How we
operate

Four rules that decide what we take on and how we bill for it.

    Fixed quote, or no quote

    The price is agreed before the first line of code. If scope genuinely grows we quote the addition separately and you decide — you never get an invoice you didn't approve.

  2. /02

    You own everything

    Repositories, domains, hosting and ad accounts are created in your name from day one. Leaving us costs you nothing but a goodbye.

  3. /03

    We say no

    If a project doesn't need building, or your budget is better spent elsewhere, we'll tell you on the first call. A bad fit costs us both more than a lost deal.

  4. /04

    You talk to the developer

    No account manager relaying messages. The person writing the code is the person on the call, and stays on it after launch.

  5. /05

    Honest about scale

    This is a one-person studio. A landing page, a bot or an automation is the right size for it; a twenty-person platform is not, and you will be told so on the first call.

    Intro call

    Thirty minutes, free, no deck. You describe what's slowing the business down; we ask the awkward questions and tell you straight away whether we're the right fit.

  2. /021–3 days

    Audit & quote

    We map the process or audit the existing site, then send a written plan with a fixed price and a delivery date. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

  3. /031–4 weeks

    Build

    Weekly demo on a real staging link, not a status email. You see progress you can click, and change your mind while changing it is still cheap.

  4. /04Ongoing

    Launch & support

    We deploy into your accounts, hand over the docs and stay reachable. Take the keys and go, or keep us on a monthly plan for updates and improvements.
